Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of BuyTech Bridge (the “Service”), a non-custodial interface for cross-chain bridging and swaps.
1. Non-custodial service
BuyTech Bridge is a software interface. It does not take custody of your assets, hold your funds, or control your wallet. All transactions are initiated and signed by you in your own wallet. We never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.
2. Third-party infrastructure
Routing and settlement are provided by Relay and the underlying blockchain networks and protocols. BuyTech does not operate those networks and is not responsible for their availability, performance, or security.
3. Fees
BuyTech charges a service fee of 1% on supported transactions, applied through Relay App Fees. This fee is displayed in each quote before you confirm. Network gas and routing/provider costs also apply and are shown in the quote.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and carry risk. You are responsible for verifying networks, tokens, amounts, and recipient addresses before confirming any transaction.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyTech is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by network failures, smart contract behavior, incorrect addresses, price movements, or third-party infrastructure.
6. Eligibility & compliance
You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you. You must not use the Service where prohibited by law or from a sanctioned jurisdiction or address.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
